How do we perform?
We are very proud of our delivery performance, so much so that we are happy to share our results, the good along with the bad, down to the very last detail.
Customers should be provided all available delivery status information and not subjected to a filtered source. The provision of a pure source ensures an honest service.
The below performance indicators are a true reflection of how we perform as a business, as results are fed back from our delivery teams realtime you can observe them for yourself.

Customer Survey Analysis
Although we would like to claim that these results display a true representation of our service these results can be influenced by the historic activity of our client/customer communications.
For example, out of stock items. Although our service ensured that 100% of the provided goods were successfully delivered. In the instance of an out of stock item at the time of delivery, the customer may suggest, although through no fault of our service, that they have not received all of their ordered goods.
Generally we feel that these reported results are consistently lower than they actually should be. We however maintain that even with external influences on the survey, which are outwith our control and are more than likely to negate the results we feel that the figures tell their own story.
Every question that is answered with a negative response is followed up almost immediately by our customer service team. This ensures that we can take immediate action to determine the reasons for the customer dissatisfaction, no matter how trivial, the findings of each investigation are available to view by the relevant client through their customer account.

We were the last delivery and they didnt arrive till just before 10pm. Guys must have been tired having been on the road all day but were pleasant, friendly and chatty. Unwrapped the chair, put it where I had asked and cleared the packing away Only comment I would make is, although the driver rang when they were on the way to us, I had originally been advised to expect them in the morning sometime. It was only because I rang the office I knew it would be later in the day, luckily the timing didn't matter to me but for someone that had to take time off work it would have been annoying. |

The delivery guys were a credit to you. Mark and Martin found our address here in the north west of the Isle of Skye after a full day of deliveries all the way. Arriving at 8pm we could not believe they were required to return home to Central Scotland that evening. While with us the could not be more helpful, courteous throughout despite that they must have been exhausted. Did everything for us, brought all the furniture into the house, assembled parts as required and took all the packaging back onto the van. We hope they got home safely as we reckon it would be 2am before the travelled their long way home. They deserve a bonus! |

After a lengthy breakdown the guys still delivered my chest of drawers in the evening after ‘phoning to make sure I was happy to accept it at 21:30. They were still cheerful and friendly and unpacked the drawers very efficiently. They fixed the handles, put it exactly where I wanted and took away all the packaging without any mess. It had been an extremely long day for them and I hope they got back safely. |

Very pleased with the couriers who delivered our chair yesterday evening. Despite the fact they had had many hold ups that day ,they kept us fully informed of the delay by phone. The delays meant it was very late when they got to us , but they were still very polite, friendly and professional. The team were here on time and as communicated. They delivered the item to the intended room which was on the first floor of my house. They did however comment that they should only have left it at the door. I'd been told by someone on the phone yesterday that the service was "deliver to room" so I expected the team to deliver it to the room. They did so but did stipulate they were going above and beyond. Not a major issue hence the good review. But I was left feeling like they'd done me a favour when I thought that was what I'd paid for. Perhaps better communication with the delivery team is needed. |

The van arrived on time and the 2 boys were very efficient and helpful. They took the mattress upstairs for me and unboxed it and then took away the old mattress and the box. Driver contacted me well in advance to give me an update of my estimated delivery time and then called again before delivery to give a update. Both men arrived and were very friendly and automatically put on boot covers without being asked before entering my new home. They unpacked the item and left in situ. Advised of packaging and took away old mattress. All actions were prompt and efficient. Wish more delivery companies were like this! |

I was hugely impressed with how prompt the delivery team were. I had 2 texts, an email then a phone call to let me know of a rough then exact delivery time - very much appreciated. When the team arrived they were polite and asked where I'd like the bed taken. Not only did they carry it upstairs, they also unpacked it all, built up the bed, asking where I'd like it positioned, the also took away all the plastic packaging. Very impressed with the service - well beyond expectation. Thank you! |

Everything went exactly according to plan. We received a text the day before then another text next day with approximate time the bed would be delivered. The delivery guys called us en route half an our before it arrived to make sure we were in. They also took our old bed away. They were quick and made light work of removing our super kingsize bed and headboard. They took the new bed straight to the bedroom and even offered to put it together for me. Very professional and did the company proud. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. Well done guys! |

Where I live is both notoriously hard to find and difficult to get to if you drive anything bigger than a Transit. Couldn't ask for more from a delivery service. Delivery slot 11am to 2pm. Driver left a phone message at 8am to confirm delivery slot, then called back at 9.30am. Delivery arrived 1pm. Both guys polite and efficient, and brought heavy boxes into room of choice. No need to provide directions to house either - quite often required in rural Scotland! Weather been awful the last few days, so fully expected delivery to be delayed (understandably) or re-scheduled. Great service. |

Have to say the delivery service is the best I have had yet. Delivery guys were very professional, and also very cheerful,even under nasty weather conditions and taking the time with the customer. Most delivery guys I have had in the past dont even give you the time of day and can be quite rude. So as far as I am concerned a job well done to your delivery guys , very happy customer. |

In emails I was told that I would have a phone call an hour before delivery. Actually though, I had a call first thing in the morning (which I missed but they left a voicemail) confirming that they would be arriving between 2-5pm. I'm just mentioning it, not exactly a complaint, doesn't affect my rating. The delivery arrived at 2:30pm, friendly and efficient delivery drivers. Thanks! |

Both Delivery men were great. Though it was a bit unfair to the drivers that they dont have a trolley to move the packages, we have a long driveway inaccessible to the large lorry. Could not fault the drivers. They were both polite, courteous, quick and careful. The put everything where I had asked them to and told me when they were finished. Couldn't ask for better service - deserve commendations. |

This is the second time we have had home delivery items from Ikea, and again have been impressed with the experience. Received texts & email confirming delivery slot the night before and a phone call this morning from the driver. Goods arrived in the first half of the three hour time slot, delivery men from Aberdeen depot both very polite and helpful and good arrived undamaged. Thanks for your great service again! |

The two man team had a difficult job carrying 2 heavy parcels up our drive as the van was too big. I was amazed that they did this quickly and efficiently with a smile and then uplifted the return (very heavy) without a complaint. They were very polite and pleasant and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. All delivery staff should take a leaf out of their book. Great team, great service. |

I was disappointed not to receive an email/text 48 hours ahead as stated in delivery T's&C's but did receive a text 24 hours before giving 4 hour time slot and a call on the morning of delivery to revise. It was good that I was able to track on line as I did not recieve a call 1 hour before delivery but left work using the traking delivery time. Arrived home just as men were unloading from van.
